Services Provided
Initial Appointment
This 60 minute appointment includes a review of medical and psychiatric records available, clinical assessment, psychiatric mental status exam, and formulating a treatment plan. Additionally, a consultation with Stonehaven Psych Care does not establish a treatment relationship with the practice. If the patient requires a specialized form of treatment (such as TMS), the practice will contact an external provider to coordinate such clinically necessary services.
Follow-Up Appointment
This 20-30 minute appointment includes supportive therapy and medication management services. Additionally, depending on the treatment plan, certain patients may require routine lab monitoring. Third-party lab fees may be charged to insurance.
***Additional Requests: includes additional communication and documentation services completed outside of the appointment time, such as video/audio consultations, emails, or requested letters/documents.
